Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Project Management Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and government sectors; generate leads through networking, email campaigns, calls, meetings, and market research; build and maintain long-term client relationships; prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations; participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions; achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously; coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery; manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality; ensure successful execution from initiation to completion.Job Specification: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management. • Experience in the IT industry preferred. • Strong proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Job Rewards and Benefits: Leaves,Provident Fund
