Job Description: Company: Elements — Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Renovation, and Furniture Execution company based in Karachi. Role overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base across Karachi and contribute to the company’s commercial growth. The role focuses on lead generation, client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and handing projects to delivery teams while maintaining CRM pipelines and revenue forecasts. Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new business leads within target sectors (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, developers). • Qualify opportunities and maintain a pipeline using CRM; track progress and forecast revenue. • Initiate outreach through cold calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn to decision-makers and project stakeholders. • Arrange and conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand client requirements and propose fit-out and furniture solutions. • Prepare and present commercial proposals, scope outlines, and cost estimates in coordination with Estimation and Operations teams. • Negotiate terms, manage contract processes, and hand off projects to Delivery.Job Specification: • Proven B2B sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, furniture, or related built-environment sectors. • Strong lead generation skills: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking. • Ability to qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM tools to track opportunities. • Commercial awareness: preparing proposals, basic cost estimation knowledge, and negotiating terms. • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills; comfortable conducting site visits and meetings. • Organized, target-driven, and able to work independently with cross-functional internal teams. • Familiarity with the local Karachi market and client segments (corporate, retail, hospitality, developers). • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn estimating or project management software.
