Job Description: Are you someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them? Rubaan is an AI agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build intelligent automation agents for businesses embedding AI into CRMs, sales pipelines, social media, and customer workflows so companies can scale without scaling their headcount. We are looking for our first Business Development Representative to join us from the ground up. This is not a corporate 9-to-5. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with an AI agency from day one with real responsibility, real commission, and a direct line to the founder. WHAT YOU WILL DO Business Development & Sales • Research and identify potential clients across Pakistan and internationally • Run cold email campaigns targeting businesses that need AI automation • Make cold calls to decision-makers at SMEs, startups, and corporate clients • Send cold DMs via LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp to warm up prospects • Book and attend discovery calls and pitch Rubaan's services confidently • Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline • Close deals and onboard new clients alongside the founder Brand & Social Media • Plan and manage Rubaan's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels • Create and post content written posts, reels, and short-form videos • Build Rubaan's online presence and thought leadership in the AI space • Run PR outreach tech publications, business media, and local press Planning & Strategy • Attend weekly Saturday sessions on-site in Lahore for reviews and planning • Report on outreach metrics, pipeline status, and content performance weekly • Bring fresh ideas on how to position and grow Rubaan every week WHAT WE OFFER • Base salary: PKR 30,00040,000 per month • Commission: 10% on every client deal you close • Work mode: Hybrid work from home with on-site days in Lahore • Saturday: On-site availability required for weekly strategy sessions • Growth: Direct mentorship from the founder and real ownership from day one • Learning: Front-row seat to the AI industry as it transforms businesses globally • Exposure: Work on both local Pakistani clients and international accounts WHY RUBAAN Rubaan means flow and eloquence in Urdu. The person who joins us now will not just have a job they will have a stake in building something that matters.Job Specification: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Fresh graduates welcome hunger and drive matter more than years of experience • Experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing is a plus • Proven interest in cold outreach emails, calls, or DMs • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu • Self-starter you can work without constant supervision • Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and real ownership • Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital services is a strong advantage • Social media content-creation skills you know what performs and why • Based in Lahore
