Job Description: Company: K Bloom Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site) Overview: Lead brand strategy and drive measurable growth for a skincare and beauty brand inspired by Korean skincare. Responsibilities: • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to grow brand awareness and sales. • Plan, coordinate and manage events, activations, and campus or corporate partnerships to promote the brand. • Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels. • Collaborate with sales, product, creative teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy. • Track campaign performance and sales impact; use data to optimize tactics and report results to leadership. • Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the brand in partner meetings and activations.Job Specification: • 4–5 years of brand management experience, ideally in beauty or skincare brands. • Proven track record of driving sales through marketing initiatives and meeting targets. • Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, and visual identity development. • Experience planning and executing events, activations, and partnership programs. • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and reporting ROI. • Familiarity with Korean skincare trends is a plus.
