Job Overview: Bank AL Habib invites applications from motivated and strategic professionals for the position of Assistant Product Manager – Debit Cards. The role supports the execution of the product roadmap and contributes to the growth, performance, and innovation of the Bank’s debit card portfolio. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 2 years of relevant product management experience. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing debit card strategy, focusing on value propositions and revenue growth. • Support end-to-end product lifecycle management. • Conduct competitive analysis and consumer insights. • Coordinate system execution and business requirement implementation. • Design and execute acquisition and spend-based campaigns. • Liaise with card schemes, Fraud Risk Unit, and Customer Experience teams to improve transaction performance. • Ensure regulatory and business controls are effectively implemented and monitored. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth product enhancements and launches.
