Job Description: Company: Engineering manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and industrial production. Role Summary: Seeking a compliance-focused Finance & Accounts Manager to manage factory costing, working capital, and tax compliance. The role is on-site in Karachi, full-time, morning shift. Key Responsibilities: • Manage raw materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and finished goods valuation; maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and track factory overheads. • Handle end-to-end taxation and compliance, including FBR IRIS portal filings, monthly sales tax returns (Annexures A & C), and withholding tax (WHT) statements. • Ensure compliance with provincial sales tax authorities (SRB/PRA) for service-related transactions. • Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for leadership. • Manage corporate banking relationships, accounts receivable/payable aging, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation for imports. • Oversee ERP system usage to ensure accurate data entry and inventory synchronization. • Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow; conduct variance analysis.Job Specification: • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting: ledger, month-end close, reconciliations and financial statement preparation. • Strong knowledge of Pakistan taxation: GST/Sales Tax, withholding tax and statutory compliance; experience with FBR IRIS filings. • Experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis for manufacturing or project-based businesses. • Familiarity with cost accounting and project/job costing for manufacturing/installation projects. • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling). • Good communication skills for liaising with banks, suppliers, tax authorities and cross-functional teams.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus
