Job Description • Shoot promotional and training videos for MSME’s and local businesses for program awareness. • Set up lighting, staging, and backgrounds to showcase product features. • Work with graphic designers and animators for multimedia content creation. • Manage video editing and post-production using professional tools. • Capture high-quality product photography for use on e-commerce platforms. • Organize and maintain multimedia asset library. • Coordinate with MSME’s and local businesses for custom shoots at E-Commerce Hubs or external locations. • Maintain and manage equipment including cameras, tripods, and lighting. • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand and quality standards. • Train MSME’s or center staff on basic photography techniques. • Create animated explainer videos for MSME’s and local businesses products and services. • Script, storyboard, and animate motion graphics. • Use tools like After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Blender. • Tailor animation style to brand identity and target audience. • Add sound effects, voiceovers, and subtitles. • Maintain quality standards and originality. • Develop templates for repeatable animation formats. • Archive animated assets for reuse and reference.
