Job Description • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and ML solutions. • Design scalable machine learning systems for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and decision intelligence. • Drive technical direction for AI initiatives across product, engineering, and business functions. • Mentor and guide ML engineers, data scientists, and AI developers on best practices and emerging technologies. • Design and deploy solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, LangChain, MCP frameworks, and conversational AI systems. • Build intelligent automation systems utilizing Generative AI technologies. • Develop AI-powered knowledge management, document intelligence, and enterprise search solutions. • Optimize prompt engineering, model orchestration, and inference workflows. • 3 years relevant experience • Lead applied AI research initiatives and translate research findings into production-ready systems. • Evaluate and fine-tune state-of-the-art AI models including Transformers, T5, RoBERTa, BERT-family models, and emerging foundation models. • Conduct experimentation and model validation using advanced ML methodologies. • Stay current with advancements in AI, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI. • Design AI-ready data pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. • Develop robust ETL workflows supporting machine learning lifecycle management. • Build scalable AI infrastructure utilizing cloud technologies and API-based architectures. • Ensure reliability, security, and performance of AI platforms and services. • Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities. • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AI architectures. • Advise organizations on AI adoption, automation strategies, and digital transformation initiatives. • Drive implementation of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices. • Build predictive models, forecasting engines, and intelligent decision-support systems. • Develop performance monitoring frameworks for AI applications. • Create executive dashboards and AI performance reporting systems. • Utilize advanced analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making. • AI consulting and enterprise transformation projects. • Research collaborations with academic institutions and global research organizations. • Healthcare AI, FinTech AI, GovTech, or Digital Public Infrastructure projects. • Experience deploying AI systems into production environments. • Leading technical teams and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
