Job Description: Overview Company: Armaani Estates (UK-based estate agency). Role: Lead Video Animation Specialist responsible for animated video content, motion graphics, property marketing videos, social media visuals, branded digital content, and educational video assets for the UK property market. Location & Work Mode: Remote. Must be able to overlap with UK working hours when required. Employment: Full-time, morning shift, 9 hours per day. Work Requirements: • Own PC or laptop capable of animation and video editing (minimum 16GB RAM preferred) • Fast, stable internet connection (backup preferred) • Quiet, professional workspace • Availability for 9 hours per day and ability to overlap with UK working hours when required • Professional approach to deadlines, revisions, and communication Responsibilities (typical): • Create motion graphics and animated video content for property marketing and social channels • Edit YouTube and social video content; produce ad creatives and branded visuals • Develop storyboards and script-to-video productions • Deliver logo animation and brand identity motion • Produce property listing videos and educational content for the UK property market • Lead or mentor junior creativesJob Specification: • Must-have: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CapCut, Canva, or similar quick-content tools Motion graphics plugins and templates Basic audio editing tools Google Drive / Dropbox Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration tools • Preferred / Bonus: Experience producing real estate or estate agency video content Property listing videos UK property market content Landlord, seller, buyer, or tenant education videos Paid social media ads and YouTube content editing 2D or 3D animation; Blender or Cinema 4D Logo animation and brand identity motion AI-assisted video tools Storyboarding and script-to-video production Experience leading or mentoring junior creativesJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Pension,Sports and Entertainment
