Job Description • Setting up, testing, operation, and tearing down of audio visual and video conference equipment; (e.g. video data projection systems, computers, audio- and video conference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems). • Testing of VC equipment before video conferencing sessions. • Troubleshoot, assess, coordinate equipment & systems repair required. • Coordinate installation, troubleshooting, and activation communications lines. • Interact in person, by phone, and/or e-mail directly with hub/ main site staff for the smooth operations of the video conferencing sessions. • Responsible to manage official IT equipment installed at the deputed office.
