Job Description • Design and scale AI, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering organizational structures • Build workforce models aligned with AI transformation roadmaps and product strategy • Partner with engineering leadership and founders to define team architecture, capacity planning, and delivery structures • Optimize organizational design for speed, efficiency, and AI-enabled execution • Lead end-to-end people strategy across AI and data engineering divisions • Develop and implement performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, calibration systems) • Build succession planning, leadership pipelines, and 9-box talent frameworks • Drive organizational health through engagement, eNPS, and performance analytics • Lead implementation of AI-driven HR systems and people analytics frameworks • Leverage AI tools for workforce planning, talent intelligence, and predictive HR insights • Support enterprise-level AI transformation initiatives and workforce transition strategies • Partner with leadership on AI adoption impact on roles, skills, and organizational design • Oversee hiring strategy for AI Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product teams • Build scalable recruitment pipelines for technical and AI talent • Optimize hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire • Collaborate with engineering leadership on role definitions and competency frameworks • Design and manage performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration) • Build structured learning & development programs for engineering and AI teams • Implement manager enablement programs and leadership coaching frameworks • Drive continuous improvement in team productivity and delivery performance • Build and maintain people dashboards, workforce analytics, and performance insights • Use data-driven methods to improve retention, engagement, and productivity • Analyze organizational trends to support strategic decision-making • Track and improve key metrics such as eNPS, retention, and delivery performance • Experience in AI transformation or digital-first organizations • Exposure to high-growth startups (Series A–C or equivalent scale environments) • Background in MENA, EU, or North American tech ecosystems • Experience scaling teams from pre-growth to post-growth stages Job Details • Industry: Information Technology • Employment Status: Contract • Total Positions: 1 Eligibility • Experience (Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years)): 5 year(s) • Gender: Both • Age: 27 - 45 Education • Degree level: Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), 16 Years of Education • Degree areas: Advanced Computing, Business Administration, Computational Science, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Computer Networks, Information Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Management, Project Management, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, Data Analytics, Business and Management Sciences, Management Information System
