Job Description: Company: Rely Logistics & IT Solutions Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift Overview: Rely Logistics & IT Solutions seeks a motivated Talesale for Dispatch to support US-based trucking customers. The role coordinates dispatch activities, communicates with drivers and clients, maintains records, and helps ensure on-time freight movement. Hands-on training and career growth opportunities provided. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily dispatch operations: assign loads, monitor routes, and ensure schedules are met. • Communicate with US-based carriers and clients to confirm pickups, deliveries, special instructions, and status changes. • Maintain accurate load and driver records, update status, ETAs, and documentation promptly. • Resolve operational issues (route conflicts, delays, paperwork discrepancies) by liaising with drivers, operations staff, and clients. • Monitor performance metrics and report on on-time delivery, exceptions, and process improvement opportunities. • Follow company procedures for safety, compliance, and customer service.Job Specification: Must-have: • Clear written and verbal English for interaction with US carriers and clients. • Basic dispatch coordination: load assignment, ETA tracking, status updates. • Familiarity with logistics terminology (POD, BOL, ETA, detention) and freight workflows. • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and documentation handling. • Problem-solving for delays, re-scheduling, and exception management. • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel for simple tracking). • Ability to work fixed office hours in Faisalabad and coordinate across time zones. Preferred / Willing to Train: • Prior dispatch, customer service, or logistics support experience. • Willingness to learn TMS or dispatch software. • Customer-service orientation and teamwork; receptiveness to training and feedback.
