Job Description: BrightByte Solutions, a Lahore-based design firm, is hiring a Business Development Specialist to expand client acquisition on freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, and similar). The role focuses on driving lead generation, converting prospects into long-term clients, and optimizing marketplace presence to maximize project wins and revenue. Key responsibilities include: • Manage and optimize freelancer/company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other marketplaces to improve visibility and ranking. • Research and identify high-value opportunities and projects that match design services and capabilities. • Write persuasive, tailored proposals and cover letters addressing client needs and demonstrating value. • Conduct outreach, follow up with leads, negotiate scope and pricing, and close contracts while maintaining company standards and margins. • Track proposal conversion rates, platform metrics, and client feedback; iterate on messaging and strategies.Job Specification: • Must-have: Experience generating leads and closing clients on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms. • Marketplace skills: Holding active Fiverr and Upwork accounts; expertise optimizing profiles (titles, skill tags, portfolios, pricing) and familiarity with platform algorithms, response-rate optimization, and promotion/boost features. • Sales & negotiation: Strong sales, negotiation, price structuring, scope definition, and contract skills. • Proposal writing: Excellent proposal-writing with ability to tailor messaging to client briefs and showcase value. • CRM & reporting: CRM or pipeline management experience; comfortable tracking metrics and producing performance reports. • Domain knowledge: Good understanding of design services and ability to translate technical/delivery details into client-facing language. • Other: Organizational skills, attention to detail, timely follow-up, and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Sports and Entertainment
