Education: BS - Medical Laboratory Technology. Experience: 03-05 years of clinical lab technologist experience within Molecular Biology (Preferred). Job Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized molecular diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and results. Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance of molecular laboratory analyzers and instruments, including troubleshooting and coordination with biomedical/supplier teams when required. Conduct quality control, review Levey-Jennings (LJ) plots, participate in EQA activities, and ensure compliance with established quality standards and SOPs. Review and validate test results, including repetition or rejection of tests where required, and promptly communicate abnormal or critical findings to relevant clinicians/consultants. Maintain laboratory inventory, consumables, sample retention, documentation, and maintenance records, while providing guidance and training to junior technologists and trainees.
