Education: BScN Preferably MScN. Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.. Ensure nursing staff comply with IHHN policies, maintain discipline, and deliver quality patient care. Supervise daily nursing activities, staffing, and documentation while managing rosters and resources efficiently. Oversee ward operations, inventory, and equipment functionality. Implement staff training, counseling, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with other departments and report incidents or ward issues to management. Perform staff duties when required during shortages or emergencies.
