Education: BScN / Diploma General Nursing. Experience: Minimum 02 year of relevant experience.. The Staff Nurse assists the team leader of the shift in planning, directing and coordinating nursing care, monitoring, documenting patient care events, disposable entries & consumption of supplies, their effective use and refill of used stock by patient. The other roles are patient's assessment, plan of care, patient & family education, participate in accreditations (PHC, be aware of policies of HR, IHHN, ICP, Nursing Manual Sop etc.) in regard of safe practices, patient & family right, safety of High alert medication (HAM/LASA) and high-risk procedure.
