We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Social Officer to join our Rehabilitation Center in Larkana. Key Responsibilities • Conduct social assessments of patients and their families. • Provide counseling, guidance, and psychosocial support. • Coordinate with community stakeholders, NGOs, and government departments for referrals and support services. • Plan and conduct community awareness and rehabilitation activities. • Maintain patient records, case documentation, and prepare monthly reports. • Support patient follow-up and community reintegration. • Assist in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities. • Work closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology , or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare, rehabilitation, or NGO sector. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. • Proficiency in MS Office . • Willingness and ability to travel within the project area, when required. • Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi ; proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
