From field sites to high-level policy tables, you’ll be everywhere change is happening. 🔥 Your Mission • 🚀 Program Leadership -Drive high-impact projects from blueprint to breakthrough. • 🤝 Team Management & Development: Lead and inspire diverse teams across Pakistan. Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. • 🌐 Strategic Growth & Fundraising: Proactively identify new funding opportunities, track donor priorities, and lead the development of compelling proposals and concept notes to diversify and expand our program portfolio. • 📊 Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and champion transparency. • 🧭 Innovation: Navigate complex humanitarian landscapes with confidence and creativity. • 💬 Partnership & Representation: Represent ORGANIZATION at national and global platforms.
