Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine/ Dental/ Nursing/ Health Sciences/ Public Health/ Quality Management. Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.. The Senior Officer, QMD in conjunction with seniors is responsible for ensuring that on-going accreditation is attained and that all documentation relating to on-going accreditation is in place, up to date and available for auditing by the healthcare commission and JCI Accreditation. Also, to support the QIPS management in managing patient complaints and feedbacks, quality improvement activities and risk management.
