Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree. Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. The Senior Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring retail fundraising and donor engagement activities within the assigned areas. The role focuses on expanding the individual donor base, cultivating relationships with retail markets, traders, and wholesalers, and ensuring effective implementation of fundraising initiatives through established and innovative channels.
