Job Description: M.V. Partners, a UK recruitment agency, is hiring confident Sales Executives to run outbound calls into the UK market. You will cold-call UK construction and engineering businesses, build a pipeline of hiring leads, and capture decision-makers' contact details. Full script, training and objection-handling guides provided. This is a permanent, full-time role on a day shift (UK business hours). What you will do: Make outbound B2B calls into the UK market using our dialler (system and call list provided) Generate leads and build a client pipeline Follow our script and objection-handling guide Capture the contact's name, email, and hiring needs Log every call accurately Requirements: Fluent English with a clear, confident telephone manner (most important requirement) 2+ years outbound sales / cold calling experience, ideally into the UK or US market Bachelor's degree preferred Your own laptop and a reliable, fast internet connection A quiet place to work with a headset Reliable and consistent, able to make a high volume of calls each day This is a permanent role with weekly pay. The first week is a paid trial at full base rate.
