Shifa Foundation , established in 1991 (a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), is a not-for-profit organization. Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from experienced event management firms, decorators, marquee service providers, audiovisual service providers, and catering companies for the Resident Evening 2026 & AMC Accreditation Celebration to be held in Islamabad during the first half of September 2026 . Interested firms may quote for one or both venue options . Terms & Conditions • Only sealed quotations will be accepted. • Submission Deadline: 10 August 2026 (late submissions will not be entertained). • Services will be required during the first half of September 2026 , subject to issuance of a Work/Service Order. • Rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes (GST/WHT), transportation, installation, dismantling, labor, and all other associated costs. • Quoted rates must remain valid until 31 October 2026 . • Shifa Foundation reserves the right to award all or part of the services or cancel the procurement process without assigning any reason. • Quantities and scope may increase or decrease depending upon actual requirements. • Payment shall be made within 20 working days after satisfactory completion of services and submission of original invoice through cross cheque in the name of the company/business. Eligibility Criteria Interested firms should preferably have: • Relevant experience in organizing corporate, healthcare or institutional events. • NTN and GST registration (where applicable). • Proven capacity to provide event management and catering services. • Ability to provide quality audiovisual equipment and event setup.
