hifa Foundation, established in 1991 and the sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad, is a not-for-profit organization implementing humanitarian and development projects across Sindh, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of office furniture and equipment for its NECD Project in the districts of Sujawal, Tharparkar, Umerkot, and Badin . Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered. • Delivery of the goods must be completed within seven (07) working days after issuance of the Purchase Order. • Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes . • Quoted rates shall remain valid for a minimum of four (04) weeks from the closing date. • Suppliers must clearly mention their NTN/CNIC on the quotation. • Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or part of the quantities mentioned through the Purchase Order. • Payment will be made within 20 working days after receipt of the invoice and successful delivery and acceptance of the goods. • Payments will be made through crossed cheque in the name of the company/business. • Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
