Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: September 4, 2026) To drive and manage the sales strategy and customer acquisition process of the Group for Consumer Finance products in the assigned Region/Area, in order to meet/exceed established sales targets, contribute to portfolio and customer-based growth in unsecured/unsecured products and add value to the business objectives of the Group/Bank. -Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of Consumer sales relevant experience for Relationship Manager position. Responsibilities -To ensure meeting of assigned sales targets for the Bank’s Secured and Unsecured products (i.e. Credit Cards, Auto Finance, Home Finance, Islamic Personal Finance, etc.), within the domain of Consumer Finance, as well as any cross-sell and NTB targets, as assigned by the management. -To manage and monitor the performance assigned portfolio, ensuring it continues to grow through client retention and new client acquisition. -To manage and expand relationships with existing customers, providing personalized financial advice to ensure they are utilizing the Bank's products effectively. -To regularly visit markets within the assigned territory, in order to acquire new clients and augment sales volumes and customer portfolios in the unsecured/secured segment. -To ensure compliance with the Bank's Internal Policies and Regulatory Policies throughout the sales and customer acquisition process, adhering to the Bank's ethical standards and focusing on customer fairness and transparency in all the dealings Required Skills Strong relationship building skills,Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills,Strong Focus On Achievement of Targets,Good knowledge of consumer finance products
