Job Description: StaffShore is seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to provide remote support for international client projects. The role focuses on task tracking, workflow updates, communication, documentation, and day-to-day project support. Responsibilities include: • Track project tasks, deadlines, progress updates, and pending items • Coordinate with internal team members, subcontractors, or client contacts as needed • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and task updates • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing meeting summaries • Monitor project workflows and follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks • Update project management tools with accurate task status and notesJob Specification: • Must-have: Excellent spoken and written English • Must-have: Strong organizational and time-management skills • Must-have: Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Must-have: Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms • Must-have: Able to keep tasks moving through consistent follow-up • Must-have: Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive communicator • Must-have: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Preferred: Previous experience in coordination, administration, project support, or client support
