Job Description • Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing program. • Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan. • Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors. • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts. • Provide Technical Leadership 8.
