Program In-Charge Organization: Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre Job Type: Full-Time Location: Baldia Town, Karachi Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program In-Charge to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of its Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Autism Centre. • Coordinate with therapists, educators, support staff, and parents. • Plan, implement, and monitor centre-based programs and activities. • Ensure high-quality services and adherence to organizational policies. • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support program development. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Management, or a related field. • Experience in program management, preferably in disability, special education, autism, or the health sector. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
