Job details

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has reserved funds for the procurement of Civil Works (Vacation of C-270 Islamabad and Rehabilitation/Refurbishment of relocated offices). Bids are invited from eligible bidders for the procurement of Civil Works. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount described in the Bid Security Section in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Bank Draft, or Post-Dated Cheque. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit their bids online through EPADS by 07 September 2026 at 16:00 hours.
