At least five years of experience on similar infrastructure contracts. Documented experience of using Standard Procurement documents using FIDIC contracts. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to develop and process complex technical documents, reports, papers and recommendations. Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and familiarity with procurement related software is an advantage.
