FAISALABAD INSTITUTE OF CARDIOLOGY, FAISALABAD invites applications from the firms having experience in the field of Procurement of Medical Equipment, Financial and Managerial for Pre-qualification walk-in/Registration of vendors for RFP of General Items etc. as per detail mentioned in detail below: 1. Procurement shall be made in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement System rules. 2. Procurement procedures shall be single stage single envelope / pre-qualification from Punjab e-Procurement System. 3. The bidding documents carrying all details can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (http://www.ppra.gov.pk) as well as PPRA website and Institutional website (http://ficp.gov.pk). 4. The last date for submission of bids is 15.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. 5. Performance Security Rs. 100,000/- will be submitted by the successful bidder and will be released after the award of contract. 6. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders about the preparation or delivery of electronic submission of bids. 7. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad reserves the right to reject any bid as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. 8. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014. 9. All taxes will be applicable as per rules of the Government of the Punjab. 10.
