This full-time position focuses on the comprehensive planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of high-rise construction projects, including apartment buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various project teams, such as Project Management, Construction, and Design, to ensure projects remain on track and are completed within approved timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project schedules, tracking actual progress against baselines, identifying delays, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing various progress reports. Applicants must hold a BSc/BE in Civil Engineering and possess 3-8 years of relevant experience in construction project planning. Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential, with a preference for experience in high-rise residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
