Physiotherapist Organization: Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre Job Type: Full-Time Location: Baldia Town, Karachi Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join its team at the Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi. Key Responsibilities • Assess the physical abilities and functional needs of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, coordination, strength, posture, and motor skills. • Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other multidisciplinary team members. • Guide and educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic activities. • Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation. • Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and awareness activities. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (DPT or equivalent) from a recognized institution. • Valid professional registration with the relevant regulatory authority is preferred. • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities will be preferred. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills. • Proficiency in MS Office.
