Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D). Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant experience, Valid pharmacist license from Pharmacy Council.. Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies in hospital locations. Ensure accurate stock records and inventory levels in the warehouse system. Monitor stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO (First in First Out / First Expiry First Out) principles. Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Ensure medicines are stored according to recommended temperature, humidity, and safety conditions. Monitor cold chain management for temperature-sensitive medications. Inspect incoming pharmaceutical supplies for quality, expiry dates, and compliance with purchase orders. Coordinate timely supply of medicines and consumables to pharmacy outlets, wards, and departments. Monitor stock requests and ensure prompt fulfillment. Prevent Stock-outs and overstocking through proper planning and forecasting. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and drug storage standards. Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections. Monitor handling and disposal of expired or damaged medicines according to regulatory guidelines. Maintain warehouse records including stock registers, receiving logs, and dispatch records. Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review. Monitor and supervise activities Of all reporting Staff; conduct trainings for junior Staff. Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
