Education: Bachelor's / Masters. Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience with Bachelors OR minimum 01 year of experience with Masters.. The Patient Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating smooth coordination between patients and the physiotherapy department. The role ensures efficient patient flow, effective communication, appointment management, and a positive patient experience throughout the course of physiotherapy treatment.
