Education: Bachelors / Masters preferably in Supply Chain. Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience with Bachelors OR minimum 01 year of relevant experience with Masters.. Maintain the computerized inventory system and ensure it is properly updated. Ensure all documentation is maintained and proper protocol followed when receiving stock, This includes inspecting and verifying quantities, packaging, quality and expiry dates etc. Ensure goods and stock are properly handled, placed, and segregated category-wise for identification. Ensure goods are correctly issued to concerned departments on FIFO basis, as approved and documented. Ensure physical stock is maintained as per optimum levels determined by monthly consumption and present stock; raise purchase requisitions and obtain approvals from HOD. Arrangements to ensure that all material is properly handled during loading, unloading and transportation. Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge and relevant Procurement person for resolving pending to procurement inventory matters. Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge immediately in case of any discrepancy or important information related to Warehouse. Regularly check lock and key systems to avoid security risk. Perform any other task assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or by the Head of Department that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
