Officer - Call Center Operations is responsible for supporting and executing call center activities to facilitate tele-fundraising and donor engagement initiatives in line with the organization's objectives. The role involves coordinating with call center agents, internal departments, and regional offices to ensure effective donor communication, accurate data management, timely reporting, and adherence to institutional policies and quality standards.
