How to apply

1. 1For Serial # 01 to Serial # 23: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
2. 2For Serial # 01 to S# 21: Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. Then, for each post, a separate fee must be paid.
3. 3After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.
4. 4Print out the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through one link.
5. 5After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
6. 6After online apply, do not send documents/ testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/ documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purpose.

14. 14The candidate must be in good standing with his/her employer (attach reference letter from current employer and at least one other reference letter). Names of three referees must be provided in the application form.
15. 15Character verification and background checks of the selected candidate shall be conducted. In case of any adverse report or criminal record, the selection shall stand cancelled or withdrawn.
16. 16Original documents must be presented at the time of interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
17. 17Applications submitted by hand/in person, shall not be entertained.

Rules & eligibility

• Appointment shall be made on Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) under the AMTI Uniform IPS Contract 2026, Policy and shall be governed by the MTI Act, 2015, Policy Board Regulations, 2025, and other applicable policies and amendments, subject to annual performance evaluation.
• All the educational documents & experience certificates shall be verified during the process of scrutiny/short documents, the candidate will be disqualified and proceeded against as per law.
• Applications accompanied by a duly completed Online Job Application Form, covering letter, attested copies of academic credentials, qualification and experience certificates, valid professional registration/license (where applicable), CNIC, domicile certificate, NOC (where applicable), four (04) recent passport-size photographs, original bank deposit slip/bank draft of the prescribed non-refundable processing fee, must be submitted through the prescribed Online Job Application Portal.
• Candidates must retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip, bearing the bank's stamp, and shall not share it with anyone.

• The appointee shall be on probation for one (01) year, during which the contract may be terminated without notice, and without assigning any reason.
• Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel with valid NOC and, if selected, shall resign from service. Civil servants, including those on deputation, must resign from civil service; failure to secure acceptance of resignation will render the employment terminated ab initio.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
• Experience should be from PMDC/HEC approved/registered Institutes/firms/organizations.
• An attractive salary package and benefits shall be offered in accordance with the approved BOG, AMTI Policy, qualifications and experience in accordance with the MTI Act, applicable Teaching Hospital, MTI Abbottabad. Any violation of this condition shall lead to legal action, including termination of appointment.
• Quotas shall be observed as per rules: 2% for persons with disabilities, 10% for female candidates, and 5% for minorities. A disability certificate issued by the competent medical board shall be required where applicable.
• The Selection and Scrutiny Committee reserves the right to reject any incomplete or late application received after due date. An aggrieved candidate may submit a written appeal to the competent authority, whose decision shall be final. No correspondence/Communication shall be entertained once the selection process is completed.
• Any attempt to approach or influence any member of the Selection Committee or any official through any means shall result in automatic disqualification of the applicant.
• The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors, AMTI Abbottabad.
• The Board of Governors, AMTI, reserves the right to increase or decrease the Number of vacancies or revoke the selection process or to re-advertise a position at any stage.
• Applications submitted by hand/in person, shall not be entertained.
