How to apply

1. 1All candidates must apply online through www.etea.edu.pk.
2. 2After successful online application, a deposit slip will be generated with a specific token number and candidate information.
3. 3Print this deposit slip and deposit the prescribed fee (non-refundable) at any UBL Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash account.
4. 4Do not submit the original deposit slip to the bank. Keep the original slip safe with you.

Rules & eligibility

• Based on the information provided by the candidates, temporary permission will be granted for the ETEA screening test. If any information is found to be incorrect at any stage, the appointment will be canceled.
• All candidates must visit the ETEA website and print their Sahulat-E-Tasdeeq (verification) token before submitting the application. Without this verification, it will not be possible to submit the application.
• Candidates who pass the ETEA screening test will be called for an interview.
• Candidates must ensure that all required documents are complete by the last date mentioned in the advertisement.
• Applications with incomplete or incorrect documents submitted after the due date will not be accepted.
• Candidates will be informed about the test and interview via SMS. Therefore, do not keep your mobile phone off until the entire process is complete, otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss.
• Age relaxation will be given to candidates who have passed the test for the mentioned posts, according to government rules, up to 01-01-2026.
• Candidates working in government/semi-government organizations must present their original NOC at the time of the interview.
• Any fake/forged documents will result in disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
• In case of foreign degrees, HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory.
• After appointment, other laws and regulations will be applicable.
• All appointments will be on a contract basis, according to the government's finance department policy.
