Relevant Experience: • Develop and implement monitoring plans to track the progress and performance of organizational programs and projects. • Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, verify activities, and ensure compliance with approved plans and organizational standards. • Collect, validate, compile, and maintain accurate program data from field offices and implementing teams. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure program performance against established indicators, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring and evaluation reports for management and other stakeholders. • Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of program data. • Identify implementation gaps, challenges, risks, and areas for improvement, and provide evidence-based recommendations. • Support baseline, midline, endline assessments, surveys, evaluations, and research studies. • Design and use monitoring tools, checklists, questionnaires, and data collection formats to improve data quality and consistency. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and reporting standards. • Coordinate with program teams, field staff, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely data collection and reporting. • Verify supporting documentation, records, and evidence related to project activities and outputs. • Assist in developing performance dashboards, data visualizations, and presentations for management review. • Build the capacity of program staff on data collection procedures, monitoring tools, and reporting requirements. • Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from program implementation. • Support internal and external audits, evaluations, and monitoring missions by providing required documentation and information. • Ensure timely follow-up on monitoring findings and track the implementation of corrective actions. • Perform any other monitoring, evaluation, and reporting responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
