Education: MS/MCS/BS/BCS/BS Software Engineering from HEC recognized University.. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience of design and implementing data collection, reporting, analysis tools in ASP.net or Relevant.. This position holder will provide support to Sr, Manager To develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security. To develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all applications. To provide support in the implementation of data management system at the district and facility level. To perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency. To conduct training of staff on MIS tools, applications, policies and procedures for smooth rollout of MIS in all the 34 districts. To coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met. To conduct reporting requirements analysis; system risk analysis and software reliability analysis of programs. To ensure that the application and reports designed on time and fulfil the reporting requirements. To ensure qualitative aspects of program data management from district to federal level. To setup and maintain documentation and standards and generate reports as requested by the supervisor. To configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. In data modeling to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations To analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. To refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes To deploy MIS/ DHIS2 systems in all the TIH intervention districts. Travel frequently to district and provincial based offices for data collection, supervision and trainings to concerned staff. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
