Job Description • Oversee documentation and inventory control for assets, replacements, and maintenance • Implement and maintain TIA-942 aligned facility standards, ensuring compliance with best practices for mission-critical datacenter environments. • Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS ) and environmental monitoring platforms to ensure: Optimal operating conditions Early detection of anomalies Proactive incident prevention • Optimal operating conditions • Early detection of anomalies • Proactive incident prevention • Manage operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, fire control, HVAC, and related • Data Center Passive Network Management/ Ethernet/ Fiber Cable Laying, Labeling and  Management. • Coordinate and execute maintenance contracts while adhering to budget • Develop long-term facility plans and lead projects with effective team • Utilize strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills to optimize facility • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, vendors, and • Ensure timely execution and monitoring of DC facility maintenance contracts within • Maintain comprehensive documentation of assets, contracts, and maintenance records.
