CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: Manager Business Development Location: Karachi NAPA invites applications from dynamic and result-oriented professionals to lead business development initiatives and support the institution's growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement revenue generation strategies. • Secure corporate sponsorships, CSR partnerships, donor funding, and strategic collaborations. • Identify opportunities for grants, institutional funding, venue rentals, workshops, and training programs. • Develop proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements. • Represent NAPA at networking events and build strong stakeholder relationships. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development, fundraising, sponsorships, or corporate partnerships. • Experience in the education, arts & culture, non-profit, or development sector will be an advantage. Skills Required: Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, fundraising, proposal writing, and relationship management skills.
