Education: B.A/B/Sc or LHV / Midwifery Diploma. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Deliver antenatal care (ANC) and postnatal care (PNC). Support family planning counseling and service provision. Provide post-abortion care (PAC) and general reproductive health support. Ensure safe delivery practices and promote facility-based childbirth. Refer women and girls showing signs of mental distress to facility-based psychologists. Support joint activities like group counselling sessions, awareness campaigns, and referrals from Community Welfare Committees (CWCs). Need base Educate women during routine check-ups on Nutrition (especially mother and child), Breastfeeding and new-born care, Menstrual hygiene and safe practices. Support in the distribution and tracking of Clean Delivery Kits, New born Baby Kits & ANC/PNC/PAC supplies and equipment Maintain close collaboration with Community Mobilizers for referrals. Ensure timely, confidential, and respectful referrals to Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) and other support services (GBV, legal aid, psychosocial care). Maintain accurate client records, ensure data entry in patient registers. Contribute to service utilization reports, client satisfaction surveys, and data quality audits.
