How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. 2After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through OneLink.
4. 4After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. 5After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/ documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
• All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from NADRA for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from an E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• Candidates applying for the post of Mason are required to submit their applications to the HR Department, KGMC, Peshawar.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
• The employees will be allocated/placed at the appropriate level as per the institutional pay scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, HMC, IKD, PICO, B&PSC and FHH).
• The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.
• Selected candidates will serve KGMC, Peshawar under probation for a period specified.
• Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
• Candidates may be shortlisted either on the basis of their pre-interview marks or based on an Entry Test if the numbers of candidates are very high.
• In case of Entry Test taken for shortlisting the candidates, its marks will have no weightage in the total aggregate marks.
• Any candidate may be disqualified and/ or excluded from interview if he/she: (a) Convicted by the court of law. (b) Had previous history of dismissal from public service. (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information. (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification. (e) Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means. (f) Submits forged certificates. (g) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. (h) Misbehaves during the interview.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
• The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test /interview.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
