Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 as the sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad, is a not-for-profit organization implementing development and humanitarian projects across Pakistan. The Foundation is currently inviting sealed quotations from eligible and experienced printing firms for the printing and delivery of Wheel Calendars and Booklets for its UNICEF-ISD Project in Karachi. Required Items Sr. # Item Specifications Quantity 1 Wheel Calendar EPI Round Wheel Calendar, 20 cm diameter, double-sided rotating wheel with center metal eyelet/rivet, printed in CMYK on 350–400 GSM art card with waterproof matte lamination. 4,400 2 Booklet Key Family Care Practices Booklet, A6 Portrait (105 × 148 mm), 5 pages, CMYK, double-sided, saddle stitched/center stapled, printed on 120–125 GSM laminated art paper. 4,400 Eligibility & Technical Requirements Interested firms must submit the following documents along with their quotations: • Company Registration Certificate • NTN Certificate • Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable) • Company Profile with relevant experience • List of similar assignments completed • Copies of Purchase Orders/Contracts/Completion Certificates • Evidence of Financial Capacity (Bank Statement of the previous one year) • Active Taxpayer List (ATL) Status Terms & Conditions • Only sealed quotations clearly marked "Quotation for Printing of Wheel Calendar and Booklet – Shifa Foundation Karachi" will be accepted. • Last date for submission: 03 August 2026 . • Quotations received after the deadline will not be entertained. • Preference will be given to vendors based in Karachi . • Delivery must be completed within 07 working days after issuance of the Purchase Order. • Delivery location will be Shifa Foundation Project Offices, Karachi . • Quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, delivery charges, and all applicable Government taxes , including Sales Tax and Withholding Tax. • Rates must remain valid for at least four (04) weeks . • Supplier invoices must mention the NTN/CNIC . • Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or part of the required quantities based on project needs. • Payment will be made through crossed cheque within 20 working days after receipt of complete invoice and satisfactory delivery. • The lowest quotation will not necessarily be accepted , and Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason. • Sample images of the required items are attached for reference.
