Education: Bachelors (BScN/Post RN/ Pharm D/ Respiratory Therapist)/ Masters (Medical Sciences). Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience with Bachelors OR minimum 03 years of relevant experience with Masters.. The ELS Instructor involves delivering, designing, and evaluating courses like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent courses to hospital staff and to the community. Also, evaluates participant performance, maintains training records, and stays current with evolving guidelines and procedures to ensure effective, evidence-based education in emergency scenarios.
