Job Description • Serve as a subject matter expert for platform-related operations and platform requirements. • Mentor team responsible for onboarding and supporting MSME’s to build and grow their presence on digital marketplaces as per e-commerce growth perspective. • Design and implement strategies to access appropriate platforms based on product type, capacity, and market demand. • Lead data-driven analysis of platform performance, user behaviors, and market trends to optimize outreach and support. • Monitor and evaluate MSME’s and local business onboarding and sales growth across different platforms. • Provide regular reports and insights to the management and stakeholders. • Strategic execution of business enablement plans across local and international e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, Temu, Daraz, etc.). • Report issues, risks, and resolutions regularly.
