How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online for the posts.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Onelink.
4. 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) duly stamped by the bank with yourself and do not share it with anyone.
5. 5After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. 6Availability of the online application form 1st October, 2026.
7. 7Last date for submission of the online application 20th October, 2026.
8. 8Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are advised not to provide ported converted mobile numbers.

10. 10No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
• All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
• Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
• 10% quota shall be reserved for female candidates, 2% quota for disabled candidates and 0.5% quota minorities candidates.
• NO TA DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
