How to apply
- 1Interested candidates may visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
- 2After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa App/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- 5After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
Rules & eligibility
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- At the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Screening of candidates will be based on test conducted by ETEA.
- Documents of Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be scrutinized for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Competent Authority reserves the right cancel or reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes made in Service Rules/ATP rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly and reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
- 10% Quota shall be reserved for Female Candidates, 2% Quota for disable Candidates and 5% Quota for Minorities candidates.
- Recruitment of EPI Vaccinators will be purely on fixed pay for one year @ Rs.40000/ per head per month.
- The hiring/recruitment process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026 as amended vide No. SO (POLICY)/E&AD/1-10/Initial Recruitment Rules 2026, dated 05/3/2026 from Establishment Department (Regulation Wing).
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of interview.
- The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate, in case of fake miss information/documents were found, their appointment order will be cancelled automatically.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
