How to apply

1. 1Candidates will provisionally be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the undertaking provided. However detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority & if any candidate is found indulge in any stage of the recruitment process, his/her candidature shall be rejected.
2. 2All candidates will be required to deposit profile on ETEA website. After creating profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates have to print E-Sallat from ETEA website & then get it verified from any NAB or F.Scholar.
3. 3Candidates qualify the eligibility criteria have to be subsequently verified by the ETEA/ appointing authority.
4. 4Inter-view call letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
5. 5No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests/interviews.
6. 6Candidates applying through proper channel. Departmental DPC has to be provided before DPC at the time of interview. Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fees.
7. 7Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
8. 8No TA/DA will be paid for depositing the documents.
9. 9Candidates are required to submit online application through www.eata.pk & pay the prescribed fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa or at any branch of UBL Bank. Please ensure the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank's stamped with yourself and do not send it with your application.
10. 10After online apply, don't send documents/ testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however be provided by the candidates at the time of interview/screening test.
11. 11Availability of online Application Form for www.eata.pk on 12th June, 2026.
12. 12Last date for submission of online application is 29th June, 2026. Candidates are directed to login through ETEA developed website & print their Roll No Slip & Test module.
13. 13No separate Call Letter will be sent. Roll No Slip will be mentioned on Roll No Slip.
14. 14Candidates are required to appear for test/interview through post/courier means.
